De Salis Wines

De Salis is a small, family winery located at an altitude of 1050m on the northern slope of Mt Canobolas, in the cool climate region of Orange.

Owner and minimalist winemaker, Charlie Svenson utilises 'wild' strains of yeast endemic in his vineyard to produce the De Salis 'Wild' range of wines including Wild Chardonnay, Wild Fume Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, and Sparkling.

De Salis Winery is recognised for its Sparkling range, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and blends of Cab Franc, Merlot.
